3. Website orders
The Vanlite Campers website is intended for consumer orders.
Business, trade and wholesale orders are handled separately by email, WhatsApp or direct invoice. Trade pricing, shipping, collection, delivery, payment terms and return terms are agreed separately outside of the standard website checkout.
If you are a trade customer, converter or business buyer, please contact us directly before ordering.
4. Product information and compatibility
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability are accurate and up to date. However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions or supplier changes.
Many products sold by Vanlite Campers Ltd are vehicle-specific, layout-specific or use-case specific. This includes, but is not limited to:

5. Product images
Product images are used to help show the style, type or appearance of a product.
Images may occasionally show a product, vehicle or accessory for illustration purposes only. Colours, tint, shape, packaging, branding or minor details may vary depending on supplier updates, screen settings, product version or stock availability.
If exact appearance, dimensions or compatibility are important, please contact us before ordering.
6. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Vanlite Campers Ltd is VAT registered.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted and paid for, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact you before accepting the order. If we cannot accept the order at the incorrect price, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We may use third-party payment providers such as:

PayPal
Klarna
Clearpay
Payment providers process payments securely under their own terms and privacy policies. Vanlite Campers Ltd does not store full card details on its own website.
Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
8. Order acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm it, dispatch the goods, or make the goods available for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
The product is unavailable
Payment has not been received or authorised
There is a pricing or product description error
We suspect fraud or misuse
The product cannot be shipped due to courier restrictions
The order appears unsuitable or unsafe
The order is for a trade/business purchase that should be handled separately
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.
9. Stock availability
Stock availability may change quickly, especially for popular products, special order items, back order items, heavy goods, lithium battery products and supplier-managed stock.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the position.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
A replacement product
A revised delivery timeframe
The option to wait for stock
A full refund
10. Back orders and pre-orders
Some products may be available to order when they are not currently in stock. These may be shown as back order, pre-order or available on back order.
Where a product is ordered on back order, it will be dispatched once stock arrives with Vanlite Campers Ltd or our supplier.
At the time of ordering, estimated back order times may be up to 30 days. We will aim to make any expected waiting time clear on the product page, at checkout or when confirming the order.
If we cannot dispatch the item within the expected timeframe, we will contact you directly to confirm whether you are happy to continue waiting.
If you do not wish to continue with the order, we will provide a full refund.
If we are unable to fulfil the order, or if stock becomes unavailable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
If you need a product urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm current stock and expected delivery times.
11. Shipping, delivery and collection
Shipping, delivery, collection, missed delivery, courier selection and back order information is covered in our separate Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy.

Smaller van conversion products
Some products may be heavy, high-value, fragile, oversized or contain lithium batteries. Because of this, courier selection may vary depending on the product, order size, destination and courier restrictions.
Van windows and glass products are generally collection or local delivery only. We do not currently offer national courier shipping for van glass through the website due to the size, weight, value and risk of damage during transit.
Main collection is generally from the Balne, Goole / DN14 area. Out-of-hours collection from the WF7 area may be available by prior arrangement only.
Local delivery may be available on selected orders where order requirements are met. Please contact us before ordering to discuss availability.
12. Missed deliveries and returned parcels
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their order.
If an order is returned to us because:
The customer was unavailable
Delivery was refused
The address was incorrect or incomplete
The parcel was not collected from the courier or delivery depot
The courier could not complete delivery after reasonable attempts
we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, any refund will be handled in line with our Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
13. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty items, damaged items, incorrect items and change-of-mind returns are covered in our separate Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy.
For consumer online orders, customers normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the item is not faulty. Customers then normally have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us they wish to cancel.
Returned items must be unused, unfitted, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, and in the original packaging where possible.
Customers are normally responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
Where the item is confirmed as faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will deal with the matter in line with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Where appropriate, we may need the item to be returned and inspected before a replacement or refund is processed.
15. Fitted, installed or used products
Many products supplied by Vanlite Campers Ltd are designed to be fitted, installed or used as part of a vehicle conversion.
Customers are responsible for checking suitability before fitting or installation.
We may not be able to accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been fitted, installed, used, damaged, altered or handled beyond what would be reasonable to inspect the item.
If an item has been used, damaged, altered, fitted, installed or returned incomplete, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
16. Warranty and manufacturer support
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Customers should keep their order confirmation, invoice or proof of purchase.
Warranty claims may require:

Product serial number
Photos or videos of the issue
Inspection of the product
Return of the product
Manufacturer assessment
Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your statutory rights and do not replace them.

17. Lithium battery products and electrical items
Some products, including BLUETTI power stations and related accessories, may contain lithium batteries or electrical components.
Customers must use products according to manufacturer instructions, safety guidance and product manuals.
Vanlite Campers Ltd is not responsible for damage, loss or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsafe use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Lithium battery products may be subject to courier restrictions for delivery and returns. Please contact us before returning these products so we can advise on the correct return process.
18. Fitting, installation and product advice
Any fitting, installation or compatibility advice provided by Vanlite Campers Ltd is given in good faith based on the information available at the time.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their vehicle, layout and intended use.
Where professional fitting is required, customers should use a competent fitter or installer.
Vanlite Campers Ltd is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect fitting, poor installation, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect preparation, misuse of fitting products, failure to follow instructions or using products for an unsuitable application.
19. Trade and business customers
Business, trade and wholesale orders are handled separately by email, WhatsApp or direct invoice.
Trade orders are not processed through the standard consumer checkout on the website unless agreed separately.
Shipping, collection, delivery, pricing, payment terms and returns for trade orders may be agreed separately before purchase.
If you are buying for business, resale, conversion work or trade use, please contact us before ordering.
20. Website content and intellectual property
All content on the Vanlite Campers website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, product descriptions and branding, belongs to Vanlite Campers Ltd or is used with permission from suppliers, manufacturers or licensors.

Loss caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Loss caused by courier delays outside our control

Business losses for consumer website orders

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
