This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Vanlite Campers Ltd handles delivery, collection, back orders, returns, replacements and refunds for orders placed through our website.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, campervan conversion or power setup, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help check product suitability wherever possible.

1. Website orders
The Vanlite Campers website is intended for consumer orders.
Trade and business orders are handled separately by email, WhatsApp or direct invoice. Trade pricing, shipping, collection, delivery and payment terms are agreed separately outside of the website.

We may ship selected products including:

Smaller van conversion products
Some products may be heavy, high-value, fragile, oversized or contain lithium batteries. Because of this, the courier used may vary depending on the product, order size, weight, destination and courier restrictions.
3. Van windows and glass products
Van windows and glass products are generally collection or local delivery only.
We do not currently offer national courier shipping for van glass through the website due to the size, weight, value and risk of damage during transit.
Collection and local delivery options must be discussed with Vanlite before ordering. Local delivery may be available where order requirements are met.
If you are unsure which glass you need, please contact us before ordering so we can help confirm compatibility, model year, rear door style, window position and fitting requirements.
4. Order processing times
We aim to dispatch eligible shipped orders within 1 working day where stock is available and payment has cleared.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Back order and pre-order items will be dispatched once stock arrives. Please see the Back Orders and Pre-Orders section below for more information.
During busy periods, supplier delays, courier delays or where products require special handling, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to contact you.
5. Back orders and pre-orders
Some products may be available to order when they are not currently in stock. These may be shown as back order, pre-order or available on back order.
Where a product is ordered on back order, it will be dispatched once stock arrives with Vanlite Campers Ltd or our supplier.
At the time of ordering, estimated back order times may be up to 30 days. We will aim to make any expected waiting time clear on the product page, at checkout or when confirming the order.
If we cannot dispatch the item within the expected timeframe, we will contact you directly to confirm whether you are happy to continue waiting.
If you do not wish to continue with the order, we will provide a full refund.
If we are unable to fulfil the order, or if stock becomes unavailable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
If you need a product urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm current stock and expected delivery times.
6. Delivery times
We aim to choose the quickest and most suitable delivery option available at the time of dispatch.
Most shipped orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

7. Courier selection
Vanlite Campers Ltd reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier for each order.
This is especially important for:

Oversized parcels
We may use alternative couriers where needed to comply with shipping restrictions or to provide the best available delivery option.
8. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout where applicable or agreed before dispatch.
We do not currently offer free delivery as standard.
For some items, delivery costs may vary depending on the product, courier requirements, size, weight or destination.
9. Missed deliveries, failed deliveries and returned parcels
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their order.
If an order is returned to us because:

The customer was unavailable

Delivery was refused

The address was incorrect or incomplete

The parcel was not collected from the courier or delivery depot

The courier could not complete delivery after reasonable attempts
we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, any refund will be handled in line with this policy and your statutory rights.

11. Change-of-mind returns
For consumer online orders, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the item is not faulty. You then normally have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for change-of-mind returns, unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
We recommend using a tracked and insured return service, especially for high-value, heavy, fragile or lithium battery products.
12. Items that have been fitted, used or damaged
We may not be able to accept change-of-mind returns for items that have been fitted, installed, used, damaged, altered or handled beyond what would be reasonable to inspect the item.
If an item has been used, damaged, altered, fitted, installed or returned incomplete, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
13. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Vanlite Campers Ltd will arrange the most suitable solution in line with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Where the item is confirmed as faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage or arrange return collection where appropriate.
14. Replacements
Where a replacement is agreed, we may require the original item to be returned and inspected before a replacement is dispatched.
This helps us confirm the issue, process the return correctly and deal with any supplier, courier or warranty claim where needed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
15. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will process any refund due in line with your statutory rights.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.
We will refund the standard delivery cost where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we may only refund the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
16. Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless we agree otherwise.
For faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items, Vanlite Campers Ltd will cover reasonable return postage or arrange a suitable return method where appropriate.
Customers should not return items without contacting us first.
17. Lithium battery products and heavy items
Some products, including BLUETTI power stations and other power products, may contain lithium batteries and may be subject to courier restrictions.
Heavy, high-value or lithium battery products must be returned using a suitable courier service and packaging method.
Please contact us before returning these products so we can advise on the correct return process.
18. Collection and local delivery
Collection is available by arrangement.
Main collection is generally from the Balne, Goole / DN14 area.
Out-of-hours collection from the WF7 area may be available by prior arrangement only.
Local delivery may be available on selected orders where order requirements are met. Please contact us before ordering to discuss availability.
19. Business and trade orders
Business, trade and wholesale orders are handled separately by email, WhatsApp or direct invoice.
Trade orders are not processed through the standard consumer checkout on the website unless agreed separately.
Shipping, collection, delivery, pricing and returns for trade orders may be agreed separately before purchase.
20. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Customers have legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Customers buying online also have cancellation rights for many products under UK distance selling rules.
