Triple window campervan window bonding kit
A complete BondKits adhesive and preparation pack for fitting triple window bonded van windows. It brings the key consumables together in one convenient kit for a clean, dependable installation.

Additional tools required
A suitable caulking gun, masking tape or suction clamps, suction lifters and the correct cutting tools are not included.
Important fitting information
Always follow the adhesive manufacturer’s preparation, application and curing guidance. Check the window and aperture are correctly prepared before bonding. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and do not drive the vehicle until the adhesive has cured sufficiently.

- Correct metal cutting and finishing tools

Fit and cure safely
1. Prepare carefully
Clean, abrade and prime the bonding surfaces in accordance with the adhesive instructions.
2. Apply consistently
Use an even adhesive bead and position the glass within the stated working time.
3. Allow sufficient cure
Support the glass and do not drive the vehicle until the adhesive has cured sufficiently.
Bonding kit questions
Which BondKits pack should I choose?
Choose the single, double or triple pack to match the number of bonded windows you plan to fit. If your installation is unusual, contact Vanlite before ordering.
Does the kit include a caulking gun?
No. A suitable heavy-duty caulking gun, cutting tools, suction lifters and window supports or tape are required separately.
Can I drive the van immediately after fitting the glass?
No. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s preparation and curing guidance and do not drive the vehicle until the adhesive has cured sufficiently, with this specific product its reccommend to wait at least 2 hours.
Does the kit include U-channel trim?
No. U-channel finishing trim and Z-trim are separate products so you can select the correct profile and length for your installation.
